Laconic Technology LLC ("Laconic Technology," "we," "our," or "us") builds custom AI systems, automation, and internal software tools for US manufacturers and related businesses.

3. Roadmap Sessions and Client Work

Information on this website is general and does not create a client relationship by itself. A client relationship begins only when we both agree to a written proposal, statement of work, order form, or similar agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for that engagement.

Project scope, fees, payment terms, timelines, deliverables, guarantees, hosting responsibilities, and ownership terms are handled in the applicable client agreement or written offer.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

Program name: Laconic Technology SMS Program.

If you opt in to receive text messages from Laconic Technology LLC, you may receive appointment reminders, scheduling follow-ups, replies to your inquiries, client service updates, project communications, and occasional marketing messages if you separately consent to marketing texts. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

• Opt out. You can cancel SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us or by texting STOP to 315-406-1844. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
• Rejoining. To rejoin after opting out, sign up again through the original opt-in method, book a new call, or contact us directly and request to resume SMS messages.
• Help. If you need assistance, reply HELP to a text message from us, email ken@laconictech.com, or call 315-406-1844.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your relationship with us and the reason you opted in. Prospects usually receive only a small number of scheduling and follow-up messages. Active clients may receive more frequent project-related messages.
• Rates. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
• Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. For privacy-related questions, review that policy or contact us using the information below.

6. Intellectual Property
